I have a habit that might be bad, which is that I like to cross my legs. And it's the habitual type where the left leg touches the right leg. And it's not just about putting it on; the foot of the left leg should be hooked onto the lower leg of the right leg. Viewed from the side, it looks like a twisted dough.
I usually don't do this. But there is one situation that is rather serious, which is when you are thinking about something but can't figure it out. There has been an analysis of what the reason is. Perhaps it's because when I'm thinking, the tension in my brain is transmitted to my body. Then, the body will find a position that it considers safe to tense up. So that the brain can be more focused. Over time, it became a habit.
So I think everyone has habits that are different from others. As long as they don't interfere with others, that's fine.
